Oh no, you can’t make it to a track day. Bummer. Here are your steps:

Please note that there are almost NO REFUNDS for any of our events. If you cannot sell the spot, there will be no credit. If there are extenuating circumstances, there will be up to a 10% Paypal/administrative fee deducted.

If the event is sold out:

If it is 48 hours or more until the start time of the event:

Please email Kerry to see if she can fill the spot from the waitlist. She will reach out and let you know what she can figure out. If we can fill the day, we will put the spot in your bank for a future track day. If the refund is issued prior to or on July 31, it will expire at the end of the current year. If the credit is issued on or after August 1, it will expire at the end of the next year.

If is within 48 hours of the start of the event:

The waitlist has expired. Please attempt a private sale or transfer. We have created a Facebook group that is a great place to help people sell track day spots last minute: https://www.facebook.com/groups/tonystrackdays/. Once you sell the day, please email Kerry with the name of the person who will fill your day(s).  Please see the transfer rules below.

If the event is not sold out:

If you contact us at least 15 days before the event:

There is no charge to switch to another event of equal price in the same year.  If carrying over to another year, then a fee may be assessed.

Less than 15 days before the event:

Please try and sell your spot. If we are not sold out, we cannot credit your spot to a future track day.

Transfer rules:

There are only 2 times when there is a fee involved with a transfer.

1 – if a MEMBER is transferring a spot to a NON MEMBER, then there will be a $100 fee per day assessed as outlined in the Membership Agreement.  If a MEMBER buys a spot from a non-member, there will be no refund of the difference.

2 – If you purchase a 2-day discounted package, and then want to sell one of your days, the discount is no longer valid.  As of today’s pricing, the discount is $20, so that would be due to TTD.
